One Bedroom Beach Front Apartments

Our deluxe and standard one bedroom beachfront apartments
all face the beach and are on pool or mid-level.

The sunny balconies overlook the pool area, with ground level enjoying the convenience of direct pool access.

There’s a King sized plush top bed in the main bedroom, and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the lounge room - catering for 2 persons, plus 1 extra if needed.

Deluxe Beachfront Loft

Styled by award winning interior designer Di Henshall, all loft apartments have filtered ocean views and are suitable for up to 4 persons.  All are equipped with full kitchen facilities, a stylish bathroom. The main bedroom has a King sized plush top bed with 2 single beds in the loft space.
Chill out to the gentle sounds of the ocean from your spacious balcony.
The loft bedroom is not suitable for children under the age of 6 years or elderly adults.

2 and 1 Bedroom
Parkside Apartments

Our 2 bedroom Parkside apartments are ideal for families and sleep 4 adults comfortably. The main bedroom has a King sized plush top bed with 2 single beds in the second bedroom.

Both apartments are equipped with full kitchen facilities and two balconies overlooking the beautiful Noosa Woods.
You’ll be serenaded by native birds as you enjoy your
morning coffee.

Important Stuff to know

DEPOSITS TO CONFIRM BOOKINGS.

A deposit of $500 is required for all bookings.

Tariffs are subject to alteration without notice.

High Season bookings require a 5 night minimum stay.

Low Season bookings require a two night minimum stay.


CANCELLATIONS.

In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit will occur, minus a $100 admin fee if more than one month’s notice is given for a high season booking and 14 days’ notice is given for a Low and Shoulder Season bookings. 


If cancellation is given with less than one month for a high season booking and less than
14 days low and shoulder season bookings, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A guest cannot change their booking dates after the cancellation period becomes active. All no-show bookings will incur full payment.

 

If your booking is via a Travel Agent or online Booking Agency, the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to the booking and you should ask the travel agent/online booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS FIRM AND WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS TAKE OUT ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER THE LOSS OF DEPOSIT OR ACCOMMODATION CHARGES SHOULD THE CANCELLATION POLICY BE APPLIED.


Units are self-contained and linen is provided. For bookings of 7 days or more, the unit will be serviced midway through the stay.

 

COVID 19 POLICY.

As of 31 January 2023, no COVID credits will be issued in the event you or your   
traveling party have COVID-19. Standard cancellation policy applies.


Failure to book EXISTING CREDITS within twelve months of the original booked arrival date will mean a loss of the deposit or monies taken.

 

Full payment for all high season bookings is required one month prior to arrival.

All low season and shoulder bookings require full payment 14 days prior to arrival.
