Booking Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS To confirm booking, a deposit of $500.00 is required in Low Season.

A deposit of $700 is required in High Season. Balance of payment for high season bookings due on arrival, no refund for shortened stays.

Tariffs are subject to alteration without notice.

REFUNDS: All cancelled bookings will attract a $50.00 administration fee.

In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season, or 14 days notice at any other times. 
In case of no-show or cancellation less than 28 days high season and 14 days low season the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Units are self-contained and linen is provided. For bookings of 8 days or more, the unit will be serviced midway through the stay.
