Booking Terms & Conditions
DEPOSITS To confirm booking, a deposit of $350.00 is required in Low Season. A deposit of $700 is required in High Season. Balance of payment due on arrival, no refund for shortened stays.
Tariffs are subject to alteration without notice.
REFUNDS: All cancelled bookings will attract a $50.00 administration fee.
HIGH SEASON: If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund of deposit.
LOW SEASON: If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund of deposit.
Units are self contained and linen is provided. For bookings of 8 days or more, the unit will be serviced midway through the stay.
