Booking Terms & Conditions
DEPOSITS To confirm booking, a deposit of $300.00 is required within 7 days.
Tariffs are subject to alteration without notice.
REFUNDS: All cancelled bookings will attract a $50.00 administration fee.
HIGH SEASON: If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund unless the unit is relet for the total period of the original booking.
LOW SEASON: If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund unless the unit is relet for the total period of the original booking.
Units are self contained and linen is provided. For bookings of 8 days or more, the unit will be serviced midway through the stay.
